The history of Masseria Camarda dates back a long time: founded at the end of the 1800s as an agricultural center, it then specialized in the production of fine extra virgin olive oil, as well as dealing with the cultivation of wheat, vegetables and legumes. This unique swimming pool is immersed in an enchanting orchard, enriched by the presence of vineyards and trees of cherries, pomegranates, apricots, pears, persimmons, green and black figs, prickly pears, almonds and hazelnuts.

The Masseria Camarda Farm

The Masseria Camarda farm, located in the splendid region of Puglia, extends over a land of 27 hectares where everything is produced, offering an incredible variety of delicacies.

From the highest quality extra virgin olive oil to the renowned Primitivo wine, from wheat to vegetables, from forage to fruit and eggs from our hens, here you will find a wealth of fresh and genuine products.

Each season offers its treasures, some of which are transformed using the concept of "short supply chain". For example, tomato purées and jams, "married" figs and dried fava beans.

Furthermore, we take care of our precious water, taken from our artesian well, and we collect walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, capers, chickpeas and lupins. Last but not least, we produce our own wheat flour, the renowned "senator Cappelli", which is the fundamental ingredient for the creation of the authentic Apulian orecchiette.
